About

A little Italian market on the hill

About Alario’s Provisions

Alario’s started with a simple idea: if people are going to stop here, stay the night, and support the place, give them something genuinely good to take with them.

Built for the way people actually travel

At a Harvest Host, guests want to support the property. But not everyone needs another souvenir, mug, or trinket taking up space in the RV.

Food made more sense.

Something useful. Something you can eat tonight. Something that fits in a small fridge or cabinet. Something that can turn a stop on the hill into pasta night, aperitivo, breakfast, or a very good snack.

That’s what Alario’s Provisions is: a small self-serve Italian market built around good food, easy meals, and the kind of things we’d actually buy ourselves.

The Farm Box is the store.

It’s not a subscription box and it’s not a pre-packed gift set. It’s a real, physical self-serve market on the property — part refrigerated, part dry goods — where you pick exactly what you want.

What we’re trying to do

Keep it useful

We choose things people can actually eat, cook with, pack easily, and use on the road.

Keep it interesting

The point isn’t to recreate a grocery store. It’s to stock a small collection of things that feel worth discovering.

Keep it local where it matters

Charmaine’s Grove olive oil comes from the place itself, and the rest of the Farm Box is built to work around it.

“You don’t have to buy much. Just grab what sounds good.” That’s basically the whole idea.
The Farm Box

Dinner, snacks, and a few good finds

Inside you’ll find pasta, sauces, pesto, balsamic, olives, Parmigiano, Italian drinks, cantucci, and Charmaine’s Grove estate olive oil. Some things are for a proper dinner. Some are for sitting outside with a drink and picking at olives and cheese.

There are also a few non-food pieces from the property — including olive wood and custom hand-printed textiles — but the heart of Alario’s is food you can enjoy right now.

Charmaine’s Grove

A little of the place, bottled

Charmaine’s Grove estate olive oil is the most personal thing in the Farm Box. It comes from the grove here, and it’s the easiest way to take a little of the property home with you.

Drizzle it over pasta. Dip Crispina into it. Pour it over Parmigiano. Mix it with balsamic. Pour over ice cream. Or just save it until you get home and remember where you found it.

Small market. Small footprint.

We’re intentionally keeping the selection tight. The goal isn’t more stuff. It’s better choices, easy pairings, and enough variety to make the stop feel fun.
