Recipes
Good food. Tiny kitchen. No problem.
Recipes for the Road
You don’t need a full kitchen to eat well. Most of these start with something from the Farm Box, one pan or pot, and whatever you already have tucked into the RV.
Nothing complicated. Nothing that needs twelve bowls and a dishwasher. Just good food that works when the kitchen is six feet wide and dinner is happening on a hill.
The “We Just Got Here” Pasta
The first-night dinner when nobody wants to unpack another thing.
From the Farm Box
- Co. Sanremo Fettucce
- Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- Parmigiano Reggiano
- Charmaine’s Grove EVOO
From the RV
- Salt
- Black pepper
Boil the pasta. Drain it, then use the same pot to warm the sauce. Toss everything together, grate Parmigiano over the top, and finish with a little olive oil.
Upgrade it: Stir in a spoonful of chopped garlic before adding the sauce.
