Description
These are the olives you put out and suddenly everybody is asking where they came from. Castelvetranos are mild, buttery, and a little floral, with none of that harsh bitterness some olives have. They’re great straight from the jar, but even better with Parmigiano, Crispina, and a cold Limonata. Add them to an antipasto plate, toss them into a salad, or serve them next to grilled meat or seafood. They’re from Sicily, they’re simple, and they’re one of the easiest things in the Farm Box to like.
