Description
This is a good everyday balsamic when you want something a little richer than plain vinegar. It starts with grape must and wine vinegar, then gets time in wood barrels to develop that mellow, slightly syrupy character. Drizzle it over Parmigiano, tomatoes, roasted vegetables, or a simple salad. Better yet, pair it with Charmaine’s Grove olive oil and you’ve got the easiest dressing in the Farm Box. Simple, classic, and very hard to use wrong.
